How long does LIGAS activewear shipping take?
We work with DPD and InPost. Your order ships the same business day if placed before 1:00 PM, or the next business day after. EU orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days; rest of world within 7 business days.
How do I check the status of my LIGAS order?
We update you on each stage of your order by email. If you don't receive a status email, contact our customer service at contact@ligaskrakow.com. Include your order number, first and last name in the email.
How much is shipping for LIGAS leggings and sports bras in Poland and abroad?
Free shipping within Poland on orders from 250 PLN. Below that, standard shipping applies. International orders: 75 PLN to Europe, 150 PLN to Canada/US.
How do I pick the right size for leggings and a sports bra — which size chart should I use?

How can I return leggings or a sports bra purchased from LIGAS?
You can return unworn items with tags within 14 days of receiving your package. Contact us at contact@ligaskrakow.com to receive an RMA number. Refunds go to the original payment method. Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.

Can I exchange leggings or a sports bra for a different size or color?
We currently don't offer exchanges for online orders. If you'd like a different product, you can return your purchase and place a new order.
How do I file a claim for LIGAS activewear (leggings, sports bras, tops)?
If you'd like to file a claim about a purchased product, follow these steps:
- Write to contact@ligaskrakow.com with the subject "Claim – [Order number]".
- Describe the issue. Include order number, product name, and a description of the defect or problem. Attach photos if possible.
- Our customer service team will review your claim within 14 business days. If accepted, we'll guide you through the next steps.
