When will my order be shipped?
We have partnered with UPS, DPD and InPost. Your order will usually be shipped the same business day or the day after at the latest. Delivery time depends on destination. Orders from the European Union usually arrive within 1-5 business days, and orders from other parts of the world within 5 business days.
How do I check the status of my order?
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email from us with updates on your shipment status. We'll notify you as soon as your package is on its way to you.

What are the shipping costs?
For orders within Poland, we offer free delivery from PLN 250.
For international shipments:
- PLN 75 – delivery to European countries,
- PLN 150 – delivery to Canada and the USA.

How can I return a product?
Can I exchange a product?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for products purchased on the site. If you wish to change a product, you can make a return and then place a new order.
