When will my order be shipped?
We have partnered with DPD and InPost. Your order will be shipped the same business day if placed before 11:00, or the next business day if placed after 11:00. Delivery time depends on destination. Orders from the European Union usually arrive within 2-4 business days, and orders from other parts of the world within 7 business days.
How do I check the status of my order?
We will inform you about the order fulfillment stage by sending an e-mail. If you do not receive a message about the status of your order, please contact our customer service at contact@ligaskrakow.com . In the e-mail, be sure to provide the order number, your name and surname.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free domestic shipping on all orders. For international orders, shipping costs are 75 PLN within Europe and 150 PLN to Canada/US.
Which size should I choose?

How can I return a product?
You can return unworn items with tags within 14 days of receiving your package. Please contact us via email at contact@ligaskrakow.com to obtain an RMA number. The funds will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Can I exchange a product?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for products purchased on the site. If you wish to change a product, you can make a return and then place a new order.
How can I complain about a product?
If you wish to make a complaint regarding a purchased product, please follow the steps below:
- Write a message to the e-mail address: contact@ligaskrakow.com. In the subject line of the message, enter "Complaint – [Order Number]".
- In the body of the message, describe exactly what problem occurred with the product. Make sure to include: order number, product name and description of the defect or problem. If possible, attach photos of the product showing the problem.
Our customer service team will review your complaint within 14 business days. If your complaint is accepted, we will inform you about the next steps.
