Complete the Google Form with your order number, email address and returned items. Once submitted, pack and send your parcel; no further approval or RMA number is needed.

How it works

Complete the Google Form

Complete and submit the return form within 14 days of delivery. Enter your order number, email address and returned items. This is the required first step in the LIGAS process.

Pack your items

Include a printed order confirmation or other purchase details and mark the items being returned. Tags and original packaging are not mandatory.

Send your parcel

After submitting the form, send the parcel to the address below at your own expense. You have 14 days from withdrawal notice to return the goods. No further approval or RMA number is needed.

Receive your refund

We refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the notice. We may withhold payment until we receive the goods or proof of return, whichever comes first.

What you can return

You may try items on as you would in a shop. You are responsible for diminished value from handling beyond checking their nature, characteristics and fit; missing tags or original packaging do not exclude a return.

Notify withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, then return the goods within 14 days. Standard-size preorders are included. The form requirement in the LIGAS process does not restrict your statutory right to give a clear withdrawal notice in another form.

You pay the direct cost of return postage. You do not have to give a reason for returning.

For hygiene reasons, underwear delivered in sealed packaging cannot be returned once that packaging is opened, as set out in the refund policy.

We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different size or colour, return the item and place a new order.
