Shipping policy

 

Domestic Shipping (Poland) Free shipping on orders over 250 PLN. We ship via InPost Paczkomat or InPost Courier, with delivery typically the next business day.

EU Shipping Free shipping on orders over 60 EUR. Delivery takes 1-4 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimated and factors such as rural addresses or promotional periods may extend delivery times.

International Shipping (outside EU) Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery takes 1-7 business days. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are charged once the shipment reaches its destination country. Ligas Kraków sp. z o.o. is not responsible for these charges — they are the customer's responsibility.

How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@ligaskrakow.com with your order number and a photo of the product's condition. We handle such cases individually but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY In the case of refusing delivery, we do not refund shipping costs or any duties and taxes incurred. We encourage you to carefully review your order before shipment. For parcels uncollected from a parcel locker or rejected, a fee of 17 PLN will be charged.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Fast shipping

We ship within 24h from Kraków (InPost, DPD). Order comes in, we pack and dispatch the same day — so you can try your new leggings on as soon as the next day.

At LIGAS, everything is made locally. We design in Poland, source fabrics from European suppliers, and sew our pieces in Kraków-area workshops. That means every detail traces back to a person — and we own the quality from start to finish.
