Returns — 14-day right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. The Consumer has 14 days from receiving the goods to submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, and then a further 14 days to send the goods back — to meet each of these deadlines it is sufficient, respectively, to send the declaration or to dispatch the goods before the deadline expires. The declaration may be submitted by e-mail to contact@ligaskrakow.com or by using the form, a model of which can be found at the end of this page.

A return is not conditional on keeping the tags or the original packaging — the Consumer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We do, however, kindly ask that goods be returned complete and, where possible, with tags and in the original packaging.

The direct costs of the return shipment are borne by the Consumer.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received, including the costs of delivering the goods to the Consumer (up to the amount of the cheapest standard delivery method offered in our store), without undue delay and no later than within 14 days of the day we receive the declaration of withdrawal from the contract — using the same payment method used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to a different solution that involves no costs for them. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until the Consumer has provided proof of having sent them back, whichever occurs first. Processing of the refund by your bank or card provider may take additional time — if more than 14 days have passed since the refund was issued, write to us at contact@ligaskrakow.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to send the product back to us and, once the return has been completed, place a new order.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective or damaged, or you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately so that we can resolve the matter. Complaints based on non-conformity of the goods with the contract are handled in accordance with the store's terms and conditions — we respond within 14 days.

Hygiene — underwear

For health protection and hygiene reasons, underwear delivered in sealed packaging cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened (art. 38 pkt 5 ustawy o prawach konsumenta — Article 38(5) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). The right of withdrawal applies as long as the seal remains intact.

Products made to individual specifications

The right of withdrawal is excluded only in respect of non-prefabricated goods made to the Consumer's individual specifications or intended to meet their individualised needs (art. 38 pkt 3 ustawy o prawach konsumenta — Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act), e.g. tailoring alterations to individual measurements. This does not apply to products from the CARIBBEAN PRE-ORDER line or to other goods in standard sizes ordered on pre-order — these products carry the full 14-day right of withdrawal from the contract.

Customs duties and taxes

Product prices are expressed in Polish złoty, include taxes and do not include customs charges. For orders from outside the EU, any customs duties are borne by the customer. Ligas Kraków Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for costs, taxes or delays resulting from customs procedures. If the customer refuses to accept the shipment, they may be charged the actually incurred costs of returning the parcel to the sender and any non-recoverable import charges — this does not limit the statutory rights of the Consumer in the event of withdrawal from the contract.
