Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to make a return. For a return to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn, unused and with tags.

To make a return, simply send the product back together with the receipt or proof of purchase to the address below:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. If so, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. Processing of the refund by your bank or card issuer may take additional time. If more than 14 business days have passed since the refund was approved, please contact us at contact@ligaskrakow.com.

Exchanges

The fastest way to make an exchange is to send the product back to us and, once the return has been approved, place a new order on our website.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the matter.

14-day right of withdrawal in the EU

If the order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without giving a justification. The conditions of the return remain the same — the item unworn, unused, with tags, together with the proof of purchase.

Customs and duties

Product prices are expressed in Polish złoty, include taxes and do not include customs charges. For orders from outside the EU, any customs duties are borne by the customer. Ligas Kraków Sp. z o.o. accepts no responsibility for costs, taxes or delays arising from customs procedures. If the customer refuses to accept the shipment, they will be charged the shipping costs, import fees and the cost of returning the parcel to the sender. These amounts will be deducted from the refund amount.

Made-to-order products (personalized) Pursuant to Art. 38(3) of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the consumer in respect of contracts where the subject of the performance is a non-prefabricated product, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet their individualized needs. Made-to-measure or personalized products are not subject to return or exchange.
