Marketing Manager (B2B contract)

LIGAS is looking for an analytical, creative, and business-minded Marketing Manager on a B2B contract. In this role, you'll lead the marketing strategy and run digital campaigns. You'll report directly to the founder and work as a key part of a small, hands-on team.
LIGAS is a fast-growing Kraków-based activewear brand currently scaling its direct-to-consumer channels. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build the brand's digital growth from the ground up, in a fast-moving, creative environment. The ideal candidate has a track record of building e-commerce results and using the right tools to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Run day-to-day e-commerce operations, keeping every channel running smoothly.
- Analyze sales and inventory data to shape marketing strategy.
- Plan and coordinate the annual marketing calendar across e-commerce channels — both paid and organic — defining campaign goals and key messages.
- Directly manage paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other paid channels — campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.
- Develop and execute content + ads strategy on TikTok to build brand awareness and sales.
- Use AI tools, including Anthropic's Claude, to streamline content creation, data analysis, campaign planning, and daily marketing workflows.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external agencies (SEO, web development) and ensure brand strategy is clearly communicated and executed.
- Monitor all digital channels, including the website — handle briefs and project management for web fixes/changes.
- Collaborate with the founder on content briefs and asset creation for brand and product campaigns.
- Support monthly e-commerce sales reporting and documentation.
- Track current trends in marketing, e-commerce, AI tools, and platforms relevant to the activewear and fashion industries.
Skills and experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Prior experience in the fashion industry required.
- Strong analytical skills — ability to gather and interpret marketing data to shape strategy.
- Experience with TikTok content creation and advertising, including TikTok Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with AI work tools, such as Anthropic's Claude.
- Broad content-creation experience with an eye for detail in copy, imagery, and design.
- Fluent with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and MS Office.
- Creative thinking combined with business awareness.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to a changing market.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
