Marketing Manager (B2B Contract)

LIGAS is looking for an analytical, creative, and commercially minded Marketing Manager on a B2B contract basis. In this role, you'll lead drive marketing strategy, and manage digital campaigns. You'll report directly to the founder and work as a core part of a small, hands-on team.
LIGAS is a fast growing activewear brand based in Krakow, currently scaling its direct-to-consumer channels. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to own a brand's digital growth from the ground up in a fast-paced, creative environment. The ideal candidate will have a track record of building e-commerce performance and using the right tools to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day e-commerce operations to ensure smooth processes across all channels. Analyzing sales and inventory data to shape marketing strategies. Planning and coordinating the annual marketing calendar across e-commerce channels, both paid and organic, defining campaign objectives and key messaging. Managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other paid ad channels directly, including campaign setup, targeting, and performance optimization. Developing and executing TikTok content and advertising strategy to drive brand awareness and sales. Leveraging AI tools, including Anthropic's Claude, to streamline content creation, data analysis, campaign planning, and day-to-day marketing workflows. Acting as the main point of contact for any external agencies (SEO, web development) and ensuring brand strategy is clearly communicated and executed. Monitoring all digital channels including the website, briefing and managing web projects and fixes as needed. Collaborating with the founder on content briefs and asset creation to support brand and product campaigns. Assisting with monthly e-commerce sales reporting and documentation. Staying current with marketing, e-commerce trends, AI tools, and platforms relevant to activewear and fashion.
Skills and Experience:
2+ years of e-commerce and digital marketing experience. Prior work experience in the fashion industry is required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret marketing data to inform strategy. Experience with TikTok content creation and advertising, including TikTok Ads Manager. Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Anthropic's Claude. Experience with broader content creation and an eye for detail in copy, imagery, and design. Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and MS Office. Creative thinking combined with commercial awareness. Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to a changing market. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines. Excellent communication skills.
