How to choose your sports bra size?
Choosing the right size for a sports bra is governed by slightly different rules than for a classic bra. First and foremost, a sports bra should fit one size tighter than an everyday bra. Why? Because the material stretches slightly with movement and after washing.
When measuring, pay attention to a few things. The band under the bust should fit evenly throughout, without riding up or riding up.
